Digital Products
The Senior Dog Longevity Cookbook is a digital product delivered as a PDF download. Because the file is made immediately accessible upon payment, we are generally unable to offer refunds once the download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered.
Exceptions
If you did not receive your download link after purchase, or if the file is defective or corrupt, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected]. We will promptly resend the file or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Not Happy With the Product?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please write to us first at [email protected] before taking any other action. We are real people, and we genuinely want to hear from you. Chargebacks
We strongly ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Chargebacks are a last resort and create significant friction on both sides. If you have a problem with your order — for any reason — we want to know about it and resolve it directly. We respond to all emails within 48 hours and aim to resolve every issue with honesty and care.
Chargebacks filed without prior contact, or in cases where the product was successfully delivered and accessed, may be disputed. We maintain complete records of all deliveries, download activity, and communications.
